PC11 is a flat fluffy eyeshadow brush that can be used for applying a wash of colour over your lid or for adding darker colours into the socket.
The narrow tip also makes the PC11 the perfect sized eye blending brush for smaller eyes, the 'pinched' bristles make it easier to apply eyeshadow to smaller eyelids and sockets.
